These are the photos that I am going with for my favorites. What can I say. I am a Libra. It is pretty clear that I favor a primary color palette, or at least a strong palette, except when I don"t. I like a close range, except when I want a vista. If you are in my class, tell me what else you see.

Immediately I see the strong color contrasts. It will be interesting to see what else emerges with the next couple of exercises! Thanks so much for sharing these.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's because I'm drawn to some of the same type of images...I see not only the colors, but the simple things of life and the beauty in these little things. I love your rural farm land images, the textures and subdued colors in the fireman's coat, the ?barn, and grain silos. I see art in all of this. Thanks for sharing your selection with us!
ReplyDeleteI also see often a use of line in addition to some of the other comments. I see a car image on the bottom row that I'd like to see ALL of. I like the pops of colors and then the contrast to decay or tired scenes that are washed out. I like your eye.
ReplyDeleteI like your vibrant colors and high contrast. Some of the images were a bit hard to see...I did enlarge but still would like to see them bigger. I also like close-ups and vistas and have a hard time defining my eye.
ReplyDeleteI see lots of groups of things and patterns--often in the "rule" of odd numbers, 3 or 5. I see patterns (not necessarily repeating) in everything even when they are not there, so I really loved a lot of these images.
